Welcome to my culinary world! With over 12 years of experience cooking in professional kitchens, I am a passionate chef dedicated to the art of culinary innovation and flavor exploration. I hold degrees in both baking and pastry arts, as well as culinary science, which have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the science and artistry behind creating exceptional dishes.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with renowned food companies and startups, honing my skills and pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity. As the Innovation Chef for the esteemed Campbell's Soup company and later as a Corporate Chef for Dole Packaged Foods, I had the opportunity to develop groundbreaking recipes and culinary concepts that captivated taste buds around the world.

Beyond my work in the food industry, I have also ventured into the realms of FoodTech and FinTech. I lead the organizational development and growth of a FoodTech company called Flavor360 where I drove team thought and strategy for flavor mapping, consumer experience, and innovation process refinement. I played an instrumental role in launching a grocery startup in Philadelphia, where my innovative formulas gained recognition. One of my creations, a Shepherd's pie, was named among the best in Philadelphia by Philly Magazine, further solidifying my commitment to culinary excellence.

In addition to my hands-on culinary expertise, I am also an accomplished speaker and consultant. I had the privilege of sharing my insights and experiences as a speaker at the Research Chefs Association National Conference in 2022, where I delved into the fascinating world of the "Business of Flavor." As a consultant, I have been supporting food companies of all sizes, from promising startups to established international corporations, for the past five years.
